We ship climate-neutrally with DHL "Go Green". Emissions generated during shipping are offset by certified climate projects.

The shipping costs are 6,99€ for standard 1-2 day shipping and 16€ for next day shipping (next day shipping only available within the EU.)

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from purchase. Overnight orders can only be made Monday-Friday by 12:00.

Shipping takes 1-2 business days, including Saturdays. Express Overnight shipping needs to be ordered by 12:00 to ensure next day delivery.

We are queens, but we aren't wizards, so we sadly cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date. If you include a message at purchase with your desired date, we will do all we can to make that happen.

Our cookies are freshly baked, individually packaged, then nestled in a luxurious custom cookie box. We then place the cookie box into a snazzy mailer box to ensure your cookies don't arrive crumbled.

Cookies always taste best when eaten fresh, but thanks to our super fancy and technologically sound packaging, the cookies stay delicious for up to two weeks before starting to lose their magic. After opening the cookies, they will stay fresh for 3-4 days in a sealed container.

If you think you might not finish the cookies before two week's time, pop them in the freezer when they arrive. Freezing can add an extra 2-3 weeks of freshness.

There's nothing better than a warm cookie straight out of the oven. To gently warm your cookies, preheat your oven to 170c, place your cookies on a baking sheet, and warm 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to forget them, nobody wants cookie soup!

While our cookies have a great shelf life, they are not vampire cookies and will one day perish. Because of that, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. But don’t worry—if there’s an issue with quality, damage, or a mix-up with your order, we’re here to discuss any reasonable concerns.
